About ToXicTeK

Hello! I would like to welcome all of you to my personal page here on on Blogger! Instead of creating a post introducing myself I will provide you, the readers, with a page in which you will be able to get to know a little about. I ,ToXicTek, but better known as Tyler, am currently a student at Catawba College in Salisbury, NC. My major is in Business Administration with my concentration being in Information Technology. Even though I would love to be a future CIO of a major corporation, my passion of games and music, especially in the realm of indie, is very vast. I have no preference as to what platform or genre, but I particularly have a passion for survival horror and music themed games.

My history of gaming is quite extensive, but I'll try to keep it short. The very first console that I had the pleasure of experiencing was the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). My father chose introduced it it and I immediately became a gamer of the platform. Through much of my childhood, I extended my portfolio to other gaming consoles, PC, Sega, and Sony respectively. I furthered my gaming experience through each companies next gen console through he last decade and a half,  but have recently decided to return to the PC to pursue a more pacing and enjoyable experience in gaming.

I started the Youtube channel for Sketch Gaming to help bring a community of gamers together who share a diverse, but common taste for playing video games. I personally don't have a particular style in gaming (casual, hardcore). I can say that I play video games simply for the pleasure of playing. I enjoy be part of BIG family and community.

Outside of gaming, I do nothing but create and work on projects that help me in my pursuit of enjoying gaming. I enjoy cooking, cleaning, building computer rigs, and chillin to some tunes. I'm currently in the process of developing an online streaming radio station that will, in the beginning, will primarily focus on the works done by independent artists. Who knows, maybe one day I will be able to incorporate my passion for music, games, and technology into the success of the station and become something much, much bigger.

I hope that everyone who read this enjoyed getting to know me a little better and enjoy the work that my team and myself do. I can tell you that everyone here at Sketch Gaming enjoys putting out material for you, the viewers. You guys are the ones that keep our gaming drives going, aside from pizza and caffeine...lol.
